What these terms cover
These terms govern your use of dentalitsystems.com. They are not a services agreement. If you engage ESM LLC to do work, that work is governed by a separate written agreement between us, and nothing on this website replaces or overrides it.
By using this site you agree to these terms. If you don't agree with them, please don't use the site.
Information on this site
We describe our services as accurately as we can, but nothing on this site is a guarantee of a particular outcome, and technical details change. Descriptions of what we do are general; what we would actually recommend for your office depends on your situation and follows a conversation.
We may change, add to, or remove anything on this site at any time without notice.
Quotes and inquiries
Submitting the contact form does not create a contract or oblige either of us to anything. Any price we discuss before seeing your environment is an estimate. A binding quote comes in writing, after we understand what's actually involved.
We may decline work. If we're not the right fit for what you need, we'll say so and point you elsewhere where we can.
Using the site properly
Please don't use this site to send unlawful, abusive or misleading content, submit automated or bulk form submissions, attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site or any system connected to it, or interfere with its operation.
Text messages
If you provide your mobile number, you agree we may contact you by text about your inquiry or your service with us. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance. Mobile opt-in information and consent is never shared with any third party for marketing purposes.
Third-party links
Where we link to another company's website, we do so for convenience. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content or their handling of your information.
